Wearing multiple hats, Amita pursued her career in Biotechnology for 15 years as a Research Associate at Stanford Human Genome Center, Stanford University and in parallel had a beautiful family with a loving husband, Gopal and kids, Anshul and Ayush.

This passionate research scientist turned Mom, nurtured and raised this beautiful family along with following her interests in ceramics, oil painting, dance, etc. Amita has also been involved in volunteering at Schools and community service over the years with charities like Blind People Association in Ahmedabad, India.
