Sushma Malhotra is the Founder and CEO of S5 Advisory, a global corporate real estate firm she established in 2012 to exclusively represent tenants. After leading facilities, operations, and real estate for AMD, she recognized a critical gap in the market: companies had no true advocate protecting their interests for companies 3^rd highest expense- office space negotiations. She launched S5 Advisory to fill that need, and her firm has since delivered significant savings for clients ranging from angel‑funded startups to publicly traded global enterprises.

Beyond her professional work, Sushma is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. Her two core passions guide her involvement:

• Youth, whose future she believes is shaped by strong values, confidence, and cultural roots.
• Seniors, who she feels deserve dignity, respect, and vibrant environments where they can connect with peers, stay engaged with current events, and share their wisdom.

She has been a Charter Member of TiE for 20 years, supporting global entrepreneurship. She has championed TiE women’s Pitch Competition as a co-chair for 7 years.

She also served as a Board Member of the Southwest YMCA for 18 years, contributing to youth development and community wellness.
